Exercising regularly in the morning improves both physical fitness and mental clarity, boosting overall well-being.
Researchers have announced that doing some exercise is generally better than doing none at all, but physical activity in the early morning may hold a treasure trove of additional benefits.

By tracking 14,000 American volunteers who shared heart rate data measured by Fitbit devices, researchers found that those who exercised regularly in the morning were 31 percent less likely to develop coronary artery disease compared to those who worked out later in the day.
